Kerwin J. Brandt, President and Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for leading the Accelitech team, ensuring that key milestones are achieved, maintaining strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry and securing funding necessary for targeted growth. Kerwin will also manage the joint venture and technology financing arrangements. Prior to founding Accelitech, Kerwin was the Senior Vice President, Technology Ventures and Chief Financial Officer, at NeuroSource. There, he served as head of operations over the Technology Ventures unit consisting of a national network of hospital-based stereotactic radiosurgery joint ventures with physicians and hospitals. As CFO, Kerwin managed the financial operations within the company, and completed capital raises (including asset based senior loans, mezzanine financing, subordinated debt, equipment leases, REIT sale leaseback and equity transactions). During his tenure, Kerwin also led the financial team in the acquisition and transfer of an 85-bed specialty hospital. Kerwin also established and served as a director of the board for an offshore captive insurance company. Prior to joining NeuroSource, Kerwin served as Vice President, Finance and Administration for CallConnect Communications. While at CallConnect, Kerwin directed the concurrent completion of an acquisition of a telecommunication business servicing the healthcare industry and a related debt and equity capital raise. Earlier in his career, Kerwin spent four years with BDO Seidman, as an Audit Manager and Manager of Centralized Accounting for Service Master Home Health Care. Kerwin holds a MBA from Illinois Benedictine College in Lisle, Illinois, and a BA in accounting with a minor in economics from the University of Northern Iowa. He passed the CPA exam in 1990.

Scott Milligan, Chief Development Officer, is responsible for driving Accelitech's overall business growth. His efforts will include the creation of joint ventures with providers and vendors to bring emerging medical technologies to market. Scott works with physicians, senior leadership teams and board members for provider organizations to establish balanced and equitable long-term partnerships. Prior to founding Accelitech, Scott served as Vice President of Technology Ventures for NeuroSource. There, he created and developed a hospital-based joint venture business for NeuroSource. Through these endeavors, he became a recognized thought leader in the stereotactic radiosurgery market and was active on the national speaking circuit. Prior to NeuroSource, Scott spent 5 years as a Senior Manager with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young where he was a national leader in the Physician Services Practice and consistently ranked as a top performer. Scott started his career in the diagnostic imaging business, creating imaging centers in partnership with physicians. Scott spent 5 years developing and managing a network of centers in the Chicago area which ultimately resulted in ownership of a site and the successful sale to a publicly traded company in 1995. Scott has BA in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University, Delaware, Ohio.

David G. Sheffert, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, is responsible for the development, structuring and implementation of the legal structures that accommodate the client's desired joint venture arrangement. His efforts include maintaining a current understanding of the federal and state laws that pertain to hospital and physician joint ventures, leasing structures, syndication strategies, and related legal issues. Prior to founding Accelitech, Dave was the former General Counsel and Vice President Legal, at NeuroSource. His responsibilities included corporate governance, structuring and closing all corporate transactions, including equity and debt financings, formation and licensure of a new surgical hospital, structuring and closing multiple SRS technology joint ventures, formation of off-shore insurance captive, management of complex litigation, and structuring, closing and unwinding physician practice management arrangements. Prior to NeuroSource, Dave was with the firm Ungaretti & Harris, where his practice focused on insurance, transactional and health care representations, including formation, acquisition and sale of licensed insurance companies, formation of multiple physician and physician/hospital networks, hospital and health system mergers and acquisitions, physician and physician practice representations, provider contracting, and information technology transactions and licensing. Prior to joining Ungaretti & Harris, Dave's pre-legal work included eight years of progressive experience in the health and managed care insurance industry, culminating as Senior Underwriter National Accounts, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. Dave has a JD from Loyola University, Chicago, Illinois and a BS from Indiana University.

James A. Te Winkle, Executive Vice President, is responsible for the development and ongoing operations of Accelitech's joint venture partnerships. Prior to founding Accelitech, Jim was Senior Director of Operations, Technology Ventures, at NeuroSource. There he was responsible for managing a national network of hospital-based stereotactic joint ventures and for developing a standardized operational process for joint venture implementation and development. Prior to NeuroSource, Jim was the Senior Director of Business Development at Health Forum, a subsidiary of the American Hospital Association (AHA). There Jim was responsible for leveraging the brand value of the American Hospital Association (AHA) by identifying and securing strategic partnership programs and creating sustainable revenue growth through the development of products and services, and capitalizing on Internet-based opportunities. Prior to his work at Health Forum, Jim was the Director of Client Solutions, CorSolutions, Inc. where he developed a standardized process and clinical outcome reporting system. He also led the strategic development process for current and new business initiatives. Earlier in his career, Jim held a number of clinical positions within the outpatient cardiovascular setting and in hospital-based oncology programs. Jim holds an MBA, with a specialization in healthcare, Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, Lake Forest, Illinois, a MS in Exercise Science and Cardiovascular Research, from Northeastern Illinois University, Chicago, Illinois, and a BS in Nursing from Hope College, Holland, Michigan.
