Accelitech to Sponsor Customer Service Workshop at Accuray User Meeting
Chicago, IL, December 17, 2008 — On Thursday, February 5, 2009, Accelitech will host a presentation to promote customer service values for Accuray CyberKnife™ users in conjunction with Accuray’s CyberKnife User’s meeting.
Renowned healthcare customer service expert Kristine Peterson will speak at the event. A cancer survivor, Peterson works with healthcare organizations to build customer focus, service performance and leadership effectiveness. The presentation will give attendees the opportunity to experience radiation therapy through the eyes of a patient, lending insight to evaluate and improve existing customer service practices.

The presentation is from 4 to 5:30 pm at the Westin Diplomat in Hollywood, Florida. The event is intended for representatives from Accelitech Accuray CyberKnife™ partner sites, Accuray leadership and others interested in Accuray CyberKnife™ technology.
